The Legacy Hotel came to the YMCA in an initiative to revive the legacy of this greatly respected landmark after the economic situation in the city forced the institution’s Elia Capitolina hotel to close its doors in 2002. The Legacy Hotel provides its guests with a friendly and intimate facility equipped with many modern services, a fitness center, free WiFi access and free private parking. The hotel has a terrace and a restaurant with commanding views of the Old City, the Mount Scopus and the Mount of Olives. Sitting along the 1967 border it overlooks the dividing line that separated the city into two parts since 1948 with a lot of stories and testimonies to share.
