Directed by Ciro Guerra, the film is about the effect of European colonialism on the Amazon and is inspired by the real-life journals of two explorers, who traveled during the last century in search of the sacred Yakruna plant. 
The screening is part of Letters to Fritz and Paul exhibition programme, in the framework of Jerusalem Nights organized by the Shafaq - the Jerusalem Arts Network.
