Fans of the famous French pastries, we are waiting for you around a tea at the National Hotel - Jerusalem from 1pm till 5pm on the 1st of May.
The talented Benoît Nourrit will spend the morning with the chef of the hotel to concoct a panel of delicious sweet delicacies that will delight your taste buds in a warm setting in the heart of Jerusalem.
After a first experience at Pierre Hermé in Alsace then at Yannick Alléno at Terroir Parisien in Paris, Benoît Nourrit takes part in the opening of the Alliance restaurant in April 2015 with chef Toshitaka and room manager Shawn Joyeux, as pastry chef.
One year after opening, Alliance is fresh Michelin-starred.
