Al Ma'mal 20 Years On:

The Tile Factory Renovation Project

In 1998, Al Ma’mal was established in the heart of the Old City of Jerusalem and took its name after the 1900 Tile Factory building located inside New Gate. As we celebrate our 20th Anniversary, we look back at the journey of the Tile Factory Renovation that took over 15 years to complete. The exhibition will showcase maps, plans, architectural models, and photographs, as well as a display of Al Ma’mal’s publications.
